Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, the goods need to be in their original packaging and product needs to be in good condition and not have been installed.

We charge a 15% handling fee on all stock supplied correctly.

Damages or Shortages must be reported within 24 hours from date of invoice. Such goods must be accompanied with the ORIGINAL invoice & boxes. Handling fee of 25% will be charged on correctly supplied goods.

ALL SPECIALS OR BUYOUTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.

To start a return, you can contact us at xxxxxxx@xlightsonline.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a special return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
