About Chandeliers

Crystal chandeliers from K-Light for entrance halls, double-volume stairwells, dining rooms and lounges. The range covers tiered and cascading crystal chandeliers, spiral, basket and corn shapes, rectangular chandeliers for long dining tables, integrated LED designs such as the double ring and Ballerina, and black glass-arm chandeliers with crystals or a feather shade.

Check two things on each product page before ordering: the size (diameter and drop, including any chain or cable) against your ceiling height, and the lamp type. Many fittings take E14 candle bulbs, which are sold separately, while LED models have the light source built in. Large chandeliers are heavy, so installation by a qualified electrician is essential. Some chandeliers are supplied to order, so please contact us to confirm stock before purchasing where the product page says so.

Chandeliers: frequently asked questions

What size chandelier do I need for my room?

A common rule of thumb is to add the room's length and width in metres and use that number in centimetres as the chandelier diameter (for example, a 4m × 5m room suits a chandelier of about 90cm). Over a dining table, choose a diameter about half to two-thirds of the table width.

How high should a chandelier hang?

In a walkway, keep at least 2.1m clearance below the chandelier. Over a dining table, the bottom usually sits about 75–90cm above the table top. Check the drop, chain or cable length listed on each product page.

Are bulbs included with crystal chandeliers?

Many chandeliers take E14 candle bulbs that are sold separately; LED chandeliers have the light source built in. The product page lists the lamp type and quantity.

Who should install a chandelier?

Chandeliers can be heavy, so they must be fixed to a secure ceiling point and connected by a qualified electrician.
