About Pendant Lights
A pendant hangs from the ceiling on a cord, rod or chain, bringing light down to where you need it and giving the room a focal point. Hang two or three in a row over a kitchen island, one larger pendant over a dining table, or a cluster in a stairwell or double-volume entrance.
Most shades take a standard E27 or E14 bulb, so you choose the colour and brightness. Integrated LED pendants have the light source built in. Each product page lists the drop length and whether the cord adjusts.

How high should a pendant hang over a kitchen island or dining table?

How many pendants do I need over an island?

Which bulb colour suits a pendant light?
Warm white (about 3000K) suits dining rooms, lounges and bedrooms. Cool white (4000K) gives crisper light for kitchen work areas. Filament bulbs are popular in open or clear-glass pendants.
