A closed steel extension box from the Synerji electrical range, used to add depth to a flush wall box so there is room for wiring and connections behind a switch or socket plate. It is made from 0.45mm steel with a white powder-coated finish and is 38mm deep.

What is the difference between the closed and open box?
The closed box has a solid back. The open version (SYH4X2EBO / SYH4X4EBO) has a cut-out in the back.
Which size do I need?
4×2 for a single-gang 100×50 plate, 4×4 for a 100×100 plate.
Does it need an electrician?
Yes. It must be installed by a qualified electrician.
