About Synerji DECO Modules and Cover Plates

Build your own switch and socket plates with Synerji DECO modules. The range includes 16A switch modules (2-way single and double, a full switch module in 1-way or 2-way, and a 2-lever 2-way split switch), dimmer modules (on/off and rotary dial), a bell press module, a USB charging module with Type A and Type C ports, a CAT6 data module, satellite/TV outlet modules and blank filler modules.

Grid plate yokes and blank cover plates come in 4×2 and 4×4 sizes. Check each module's grid size (1/2 or 1/3) so it fits your yoke. Installation by a qualified electrician.

How many modules fit on a Synerji DECO grid plate?
The DECO 4×2 Grid Plate Yoke takes up to 3 single, 2 double or 1 full module, or a compatible mix. The 4×4 yoke takes up to 6 single, 4 double or 2 full modules. Both come in dark grey, white, matt black or metallic grey, so match the yoke to your modules.

Which DECO switch modules do I need for staircase lighting?
Use 2-way switching, one module at each switch position, such as the top and bottom of a stair. Options are the 16A 2-Way Single Switch Module, the 16A 2-Way Double Switch Module, the 16A Full Switch Module (1-way or 2-way) and the 2-Lever 2-Way Split Switch, which controls two separate circuits from one module. Installation by a qualified electrician.

Can I add a dimmer or doorbell button to a DECO plate?
Yes. The DECO Dimmer and On/Off Switch Double Module combines dimming and on/off in one position, and the DECO Rotary Dimmer Dial Double Module adjusts light levels with a dial. For a doorbell, the DECO 16A Bell Press Double Module is a momentary press button. White-only versions are the Synerji Dimmer On/Off Module and Bell Press Module.

Are there data, TV and USB modules?
Yes. The DECO CAT6 Data Single Module gives an RJ45 network point in 1/2 or 1/3 grid size. The Satellite/TV Single Outlet Module (1/2 grid) and Double Outlet Module (1/3 grid) take satellite or TV aerial feeds. The DECO USB Charging Module has one Type A and one Type C port. Check each module's grid size against your plate layout.

How do I cover unused slots or an unused wall point?
Inside a grid plate, fit the DECO Blank Single Filler Module (1/2 grid) or the Blank Double Module; either can be swapped for a working module later. To close off a whole unused 4×2 or 4×4 point, use the DECO 4×2 or 4×4 Blank Cover Plate in white, grey, matt black or matt grey.
