This end cap seals the cut end of a Synerji IP65 SMD LED strip run, keeping water out and preventing short circuits. It is made up of a transparent plastic clip and a metal screw, so the end of the strip is held in place as well as finished off.

Fit one at the free end of each run and at any end you cut, pushing it on or gluing it with silicone sealant to keep the strip's IP65 rating. It fits strip 8mm to 10mm wide, and the transparent clip keeps it unobtrusive. For COB strip, use the Synerji end cap for IP65 COB LED strip instead.

Which strip does it fit?

Synerji's 24V IP65 SMD strip SYSTRFLX04, SYSTRFLX05 and SYSTRFLX06. For IP65 COB strip Synerji uses SYSTREND01 (white); for 220V COB strip, SYSTREND03.

Will it keep the strip waterproof?

It is rated IP65 and Synerji recommends sealing it with silicone sealant for waterproofing.

What is it made of?

A transparent plastic clip with a metal screw.

Does it need an electrician?

The strip-light accessories must be installed by a qualified electrician; the strip itself is fed from a mains-powered driver or power cord.
